This service package offers the most unique, personalized and profound planning experience offered. While ultimately the services parallel the services provided in our Bliss Package, this package is designed and executed by our award winning Lead Coordinators and Wedding Designers and intertwines their expertise in working with you to create a visionary wedding from scratch.  Along with their extensive wedding background, expertise in styles and trends, 25 years of professional design experience, attention to detail and professionalism, our lead designers and their team will cultivate, inspire, and create a selection of stylish impressions from which you choose the theme for your wedding.  All aspects of décor, color pallets, fabrics and textiles, lighting and sound, flavors and ambiance are sure to far exceed your expectations and have you reveling in what will be the most significant day in your life.

Bliss Package:  

Our full service coordinating package is completely customizable. Your engagement is a special time that you should enjoy to the fullest. Don’t spend it stressing out about your wedding details. With our extensive industry experience and contacts, we are uniquely positioned to create your memorable day for much less cost than you might expect. We’ll manage your entire wedding- or just certain elements of it. It’s up to you! This package is the ultimate gift to yourself allowing you to be part of your wedding instead of being in charge of it. You can just sit back and sample cake, taste champagne, and smell the roses.

 

• Budget Session & Service Outline:  A consultation helps us to create a budget that outlines the structure of the planning outline for your wedding.  We then establish and record the services needed and expected from all wedding vendors including the services that we will be providing.  As each bridal couple has a different mental image of what to expect from a wedding coordinator, we find it is beneficial to outline our services in detail so you don’t need to guess, and we can be confident that we are giving 100% to your expectations.

• An interview process will begin with vendors that we personally recommend and trust and will be pre-screened to ensure they meet within your budget and availability.

• Inquire and schedule venue tours for your wedding if needed.

• Review of all vendor contracts

• Unlimited phone and email correspondence along with communication with all vendors throughout planning process.

• Advice and expertise offered on major decisions, wording etiquette, color pallets, gift etiquette, guest issues, allergies etc. Every wedding is different and there isn’t much that we haven’t witnessed or experienced. We will be able to help guide you when things get tricky in the planning.

• Two week final preparation

• Rehearsal assistance

• Complete set up and execution of wedding

• All aspects of our “Calm Package” including timelines, set up and execution of the details and flow of the wedding.

Calm Package: 

Our day-of coordinating package is for when all you need is someone to take control, step into your shoes and make the day run as smoothly as you have planned. Guidance is always just a phone call away, and you can feel calm and stress free in knowing the details will be put into motion exactly as if you were doing it yourself.   

• A coordinating consultation begins the process where you and your coordinator become familiar with each other and with the details of your event.

• Unlimited phone and email correspondence

• Coordinator assists in creating a timeline, room outline & set up checklists, and then executes these details for the event.

• Coordinator management of vendors helps organize set up, contracted services, and flow during ceremony and reception

• Rehearsal assistance

 

Total Cost: $1,750 Deposit: $900
